If you know, you know. I’ve always been about my work

I got into training at a time when I thought my playing days were done. I didn’t think I was good enough for college ball… but training brought me back to the game in ways I never imagined.

From rebounding and working with NBA players, to training pros and top-tier college athletes — this journey turned pain into purpose.

Now I’m here to share it all.
I’m a real road runner wherever the work is, Onb I’m there.

If you’re ready to take your game somewhere … tap in with me🙏🏽🙏🏽 by @jiggthehooper1
