A commercial soap bar goes from raw ingredients to shelf in about two hours. A cold process bar takes six weeks minimum before it can be used. In those six weeks: water evaporates, the bar hardens, pH stabilises closer to skin-friendly, glycerin sets through every bar. You can't rush it without changing what it is. We did the maths on this one. A bar runs about two months of daily use — divide the price and it comes out to roughly forty-two cents a day. Cold-pressed, six weeks cured, made in Japan. Link in bio.
