For the moms who are always putting themselves last… this one’s for you 🤍

You don’t need a free afternoon.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
And you definitely don’t need to wait until you “get your body back.”

Sometimes you just need an hour to move, breathe, sweat, laugh, and remember that you’re a person outside of being “mom.”

And the best part? You can bring your little one. 🥹

I feel so lucky to teach in a space where motherhood and movement can actually coexist. Studio owner Alexis has made magic in this space.

Come get on a mat with me. 🤍
