They came- they looked, she said yes and now they are back home 🤠 We packed a lot into a short amount of time, but the planning has just begun 💍 Can’t wait to watch your dream become reality❤️ Miss you more than anything 😘 by @jilldowling
Happy birthday to my love! ❤️ I love celebrating every year with you—here’s to many more adventures, laughs, and creating more memories😍Thank you for being the best person I could ever ask to spend my life with. I celebrate you every day, but today you get cake! 🎂 I love you! by @jilldowling
Day 513 | The Daily Grit | The Days That Don’t Need Lessons Yesterday we visited the Kīlauea. I cannot tell you how different it is in person, vs even the highest quality video on the biggest screen. Nothing can compare to seeing it in real time…the view, the scale…the ground under your feet as you simply walk. The only thing better is seeing it with someone you love. We didn’t imagine we’d see anything that could come close to that experience…for a while. And then…as we took the northern loop back over Saddle Road…we broke through the clouds as we came up to Mauna Kea access road 15 minutes to sunset. If you ever have a chance to experience a Hawai’i sunset above the clouds on Mauna Kea…take it. (I could have used a warm jacket). It was a beautiful day. Some days don’t need a lesson. They are the lesson. Jill and I stood at the edge of something that’s been building for millions of years. My timeline means nothing to it. How we feel is meaningless. It was here long before us and it’ll be here long after. And that is a thought that puts everything into perspective. You spend so much time building urgency around everything. Then you stand next to a volcano and realize the earth has been doing its work without a single leadership team meeting. No lesson today. Just the photos. Just the gratitude for being insignificant…and in the right place at the right time. 🙏 1️⃣ Grateful for Kīlauea - experiencing the most powerful things on earth will change you. 2️⃣ Grateful for a sunset above the clouds I’ll never forget. 3️⃣Grateful for yesterday. All of it. Keep pushing. Keep pivoting. Do hard things. #DailyGrit #DoHardThings #Hawaii #Kilauea #MaunaKea by @jilldowling

I would choose you in every reality, Micaleigh! 06.04.26 by @jilldowling
Our baby is engaged!! 💍 Being a part of this was my favorite part, holding the secret was fun (although all of Tucson, or at least Y6 knew🤣) @leighmica we are so happy for you and @r.ramsey21 We love you two so much!! Thank you @riannanorwood & @audianna.rocha for being there and celebrating with us!! @torey_photo 📸 I love you know my girl and thank you for capturing this moment with us 🫶🏼 by @jilldowling
Couldn’t be happier with yesterday - I had a lot of support from friends, family - weightlifting community…and I am glad I didn’t fall down in my first meet! Very nervous - even though I had nothing to prove - I just wanted to show up. So awesome to compete on the same platform with your own kid! Thanks @rufebynum_ for keeping me warmed up and taking over for Cam, so he could focus on his own lifts. I’m officially addicted! Thanks to Gym 244 for hosting the event (Chris - appreciate the kind words of encouragement that my bones wouldn’t snap). Had a great contingent of Gym Of Tucson and @thecoach_rose for giving us a place to learn, and for the peeps from the Olympic Weightlifting team that came to support us. 65KG, 90KG are now…my baseline! And both personal bests in competition! Of course - Cam Clean and Jerked 150KG - which is nearly my two weights combined. He’s a #beast! @christine_riebock @mike_masters_101 @jill_annn @leighmica @r.ramsey21 @jilldowling @two_forty_four @thegymoftucson #usaweightlifting #olympiclifting #oldmanstrength #fitness by @jilldowling
Happy Birthday @camdowling97 🎂 who would prefer this post didn’t exist 😄Love you more than words, proud of you always❤️ by @jilldowling
Couldn’t let the day end without a post for my baby Micaleigh ❤️ Happy 2-5 to one who completed this family💫 Your heart is so big… you feel deeply, love fiercely, care endlessly, and bring so much light, laughter, and emotion into the lives of everyone around you. Your sensitivity is your superpower — it’s what makes you compassionate, genuine, and beautifully you🌻 No matter how old you get, you will always be my baby girl. I love you more than words could ever express, and I’m so excited to watch all that this next chapter holds for you- with a fully developed frontal cortex and everything! 😂🧠 Dad loves you too XOXO MOM 🦋 by @jilldowling
What a glorious day! Today is about Family, Friends, and Love. The work will be there when we get back — it always is. The rest of this week is for memories… for being present… for remembering that the journey we are on right now is the real gift. The destination keeps moving — and that’s what keeps us reaching. Grateful for: ❤️ The people - my children and their loved ones - who make home feel like home (Jill Hall Dowling Micaleigh Dowling Cameron Dowling Finn Dowling @Mckenna Andrews, Kendra Hixon and Cruz, and Russell Ramsey) 💼 Partners and teammates in businss ess who grew and pushed forward this year ☕ Quiet mornings and unhurried time Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays. Keep pushing. Keep trying. Do hard things. 🎄💪 #DailyGrit #KeepShowingUp #NoQuit #Christmas #Holidays by @jilldowling
