Watching you grow into the man you are today has been one of the greatest joys of my life. From your first steps to the milestones you’re now creating as a young adult, your journey has been nothing short of amazing. You’ve faced challenges with courage, led with kindness, and stayed true to yourself through it all.

Keep chasing your dreams, trusting your instincts, and living boldly. I’m so proud of you. ❤️❤️ by @jilliancole22

#Chapter47 As I celebrate another year around the sun, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the journey behind me—and the one ahead.

This past year, I reconnected with a part of myself I’d missed: my passion for music. Not only did I reignite that spark, but I also poured into my growth by completing a music business certificate with NYU.

The road wasn’t without its challenges. I had to navigate and release toxic friendships, learning the hard but freeing lesson that not everyone is meant to stay. Through that process, I surprised myself—I stopped being so emotional about everything. I began choosing peace, trusting myself, and letting my decisions stand without second-guessing.

What fills my heart most, though, is seeing my adult children thriving. Watching them create their own paths is my greatest joy.

If I could speak to myself a year ago, I’d simply say: don’t be afraid to speak your truth and own it. That bravery has brought me here—with clarity, confidence, and gratitude.

Today, I’m thankful for what I have, for the calm in my life, and for the people who choose to be part of it. I’m carrying forward my commitment to health, success, and joy. And I’m leaving behind the people and patterns that no longer serve me.

Here’s to growth, honesty, and walking boldly into another chapter—lighter, wiser, and more myself than ever. by @jilliancole22
