My biggest firework. My light in the dark. My patient most loving partner. When I could give nothing, he gave 100% EVERY TIME. He came running when I needed him most. And I think I will LOVE YOU FOREVER 🫶🏼 @christopherxschultz

I will never understand how he does it. The man gives his all to everything, every day. He’s probably tired 😂 . Good thing he can make the best espresso beverages in all the land.

I AM NOT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. I AM WHO I AM BECAUSE I LISTENED TO ME. 1 year ago, I had the biggest fight of my life. Today we celebrate my BRAINIVERSARY!

January 2025 - First focal awareness seizure & I had no idea. It was so bizarre, I texted @mafish9 & @sarahcd116 to explain what was happening in real time. I kept sharing with them every time it happened and at one point said, “IT FEELS LIKE A BRAIN HURT.”

May 2025 - I called @christopherxschultz & said, “I don’t know what’s wrong but something is not right. I need you to come to Vegas and get me back to Nashville. The next day I had a seizure.

I successfully arrived in Nashville and I will never be able to explain why I called @drsarahbeilke but she saved my life. I called her as she was driving to the Grand Canyon & I caught her RIGHT before she lost service. She was with her family on vacation & she answered my call 🫶🏼 I asked her, “what would you do?” To which she replied, “if it were me or Dr. Cam, we would go to the ER.”

That was it, I looked at Chris, rolled my eyes and said let’s go. The next two hours are something that I could never be prepared for. “Ms. Lentz, we need to admit you. We found something on your brain.”

AND HERE WE ARE 1 year later. The only way out, is through. 🙌🏼🫶🏼 by @jillianlentz

I wrote 3.2 towards the ocean. A wave 🌊 will come and wash it away. Just like a new day will begin and I will keep adding inch by inch to build more miles and smiles 😁.

I hope you find the door you have be asking, waiting, wishing for.

Every day is inch by inch and this week I GOT A LOT OF INCHES. It was not always easy. I was down and out yesterday. My 11a looked VERY different than my 5p. And here we are, a solo plane ride later 💪🏼

I did the flight by myself, but I have the best and most magical people in my corner who are constantly encouraging me, cheering me on and simply sitting with me in times of frustration and sadness.

The door showed up and I seized the opportunity 🙌🏼 by @jillianlentz

Through the good times and the bad, you’re the best adventure I have ever had. I can’t wait to keep traveling the world with you and discovering all the new coffee spots.

I don’t know how you’ve been able to balance it all this past year. When same days I can’t even show up at all, you continue to give it 100.
