Beyond honored to announce that in just 10 days, I’ll stand on the stage at Michigan State University as a commencement speaker for the Class of 2024—24 years after sitting in their seats as a December graduate.

One of my favorite parts of this summer has been watching my kids fall in love with gardening. 🌱

They plant the seed.
They water it.
They show up every day.

They never question whether it’s growing beneath the surface.

It reminded me how often we forget to offer ourselves that same kind of trust.
