I knew something had to give when all of the things I was manifesting started making me miserable. None of the achievements or material things were filling the emptiness within. I found meaning when I stopped looking for external things to fulfill me and leaned heavily into surrendering to the Divine will. I started sitting in meditation as an offering to the universe rather than someone asking for something, allowing me to align with my soul. Following my own intuition, facing my darkness and connecting with the infinite source energy shifted my whole life, and incidentally gave me all of the things I had been asking for.

Again, there is nothing wrong with manifesting, but often I think it stems from a desire to feel wholeness, which can only come from within.

This is what it’s like for me. I don’t usually get images per se.. I get information that I have to decipher. It’s more like someone’s thoughts are interrupting mine. Some people seem to have a much more visual or auditory experience than this, which sounds so cool. How does it work for you? How would you describe these interactions?

Lately I’ve been accessing the Hypnagogic state super easily and almost always predicting something that will happen the next day, which has been fun and a little comical. Most of my creative ideas come during this state and it’s been incredibly helpful in my healing journey. If there’s something I haven’t been able to notice or process in my waking hours, my psyche will always reach me there in the twilight hours to show me what I’m missing.
Have you ever experienced this state? If not, try it and tell me how it goes!!!

Breaking generational curses isn’t just for the benefit of your children, but for every woman that came before you. How would your perspective shift if you knew every family member was going to come back around in another form sooner or later?

This one was tough. Usually I receive messages that are fun, magic or useful. This was just heartbreaking and made me feel so helpless. It was, however, a reminder to surrender to the will of the Divine. Have you ever had mother’s intuition before something scary happened?
I can remember my own mother having this exact experience when I was growing up, but now I have a whole new level of appreciation for the stress it caused her.

Do you write down your dreams? Even the weirdest, most illogical ones are messages from the soul, but the difficulty is that the soul speaks in symbol.

Doing Jungian dream analysis has helped me to feel more aligned with soul and less so with adapting to my surroundings. My favorite part is noticing the synchronicities- the way my dream symbols show up in day to life & add a little magic to my reality. 💫

Our mind likes to process time in a linear way. Past, present, future. But consciousness and energy operate differently. I’ve been asked many times in my meditations to return to difficult circumstances and bring the love, compassion and wisdom of my older self to the younger version of me. I’ve visited myself in the womb, as a baby in the crib, a very young child & right up until those awkward teenage years. I firmly believe our current attention and awareness has the power to influence the past just as much as those events helped shape us in our current day reality.

So think of a time when you needed a compassionate, loving adult to truly see your pain and understand your reality. Gather up as much love as you can within your heart and send it right over, because your present day self might be exactly what you need to get through that difficult time.

Has the universe ever given you a sign that it was time to make a change?
I love not having to overthink things anymore, because if it’s meant to be, the sign will be there. The hardest part is always finding time to slow down and listen in.

True story. 🤣💫 Have you tried this with your bestie? Right before you fall asleep your brain naturally cycles through changes in brain wave states, and it’s the perfect opportunity for a mystical experience. The trick is to set the intention that you won’t fall asleep even when your body is drifting off.

I started getting the electric buzzing through the body when I was putting my babies to bed but trying to stay awake. A mystical experience almost always happened after I’d get that sensation, but I didn’t realize others had experienced the same until I read Bob Monroe’s books.

OBEs or astral projection is still an experience that can frighten me sometimes. Anyone else afraid of the spirit travel? 🤭

Have you ever received a crazy sign or synchronicity from the universe? Something that was hard to deny or write off as a coincidence?

I’ve promised I’d start sharing more of my wild meditation stories- from receiving signs and synchronicities, to astral projection, predicting the future and chatting with those no longer with us. My hope is that sharing will inspire others to sit and explore the mystery with me. My inbox is always open to chat about the ordinary & the mystical. 💫

Ever since I was little, we would ride our bikes to the beach for sunrise. Random mornings before school, every special occasion. It’s something I think about often, how special it felt. There’s something so healing about watching the sun come up over the water and starting a fresh day with the rest of the world.

Sunrise sessions have that same magic. Quiet, still, close. I know I say this often but I’m just so grateful to be here with you all, this is the best job ever 🤍 by @jillianseamer
