October is Infant loss month and it always gets me up in my feels.

I remember every parent that loss their child , and I encourage each one to join me tomorrow 15 October at 7pm, for the wave of light. As we remember the babies , my babies, your babies and Gods plan for us. No matter where you are in the world there will be a light burning for your baby.

A year ago yesterday I loss a dear friend , my older sister, my soundboard my dearest friend and the feels just kept on coming this October. This loss is hard too, because I never got to say goodbye properly. Our last conversation was her giving me instructions, I never thought that instructions had to be filled a few weeks late.

But it is okay not to be okay 💕

I am looking ahead to 7 November , where I get to dance it out with you and for a few moments we celebrate our wins , losses , mistakes and joys in a judgement free zone . Together we celebrate you and me

Be kind because the world surely needs kindness

On the eve of Heritage Day , we decided on a quick staycation.
I am excited to wake and look out onto the beautiful Table Mountain and maybe even go feed the squirrels in Cape Town Gardens.

We remember where we come from…
Thank you @tajcapetown for the incredible service and for making it a memorable Heritage day

Visions of a Women 2026
Was beautiful. I was privileged to share the day with my mom, my daughter and 2 really cool girlfriends.

I got to share my testimony with a house filled with women of love ❤️ and we got to drink some good wine and shared lighter and tears.
VOW to be there next year @millionsistersclub by @jillvanas
