Toby you were an amazing dog. You came into our life 2013 and since then you have been part of this family. You touched all our hearts even with your grumpy attitude. I’d give anything in the world just to hear you growl while I pet you again. I’m going to miss you so much, you were my first dog in my life, and the first dog I had to see pass. I only hope we gave you the best life we could and I pray that you’re up in doggy heaven running around like you should be. You were such a pillar to this family, through all the rough times I knew I could go and pet you and feel okay for a bit. Even now writing this feels like a bad dream. I love you chubby baby and you’ll forever be in our hearts. I love you Toby. (April 30th, 2012 - January 12th, 2026) by @jimjam9299

570 days ago the I weighed in at 316 pounds. That was the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I remembering telling myself I would never get to 300 pounds but that happened over Covid. Since then I have made many changes to my lifestyle and managed to lose 72 pounds to date. Never in my life would I have thought I would achieve anything like this. I have been overweight my entire life and never thought I would even be able to lose 10 pounds and keep it off. I’m still working on myself and I hope to reach 200 pounds six months from now. #weightloss #glowup #transformation #motivation #gymlife by @jimjam9299
