My greatest failure is my greatest blessing. This is what a failed sue a side attempt can look like. This was decades ago. Every moment from impact has been a privilege. The Truth Hurts. I never received any of my father’s medical records. I believe those records, along with the call he specifically asked me to record, show that his steroid medication was withheld despite its crucial importance in managing symptoms from his brain tumors.
Before I could submit this evidence and respond to the allegations against me, I was served with a restraining order that was obtained through false and misleading claims. Its timing prevented me from presenting the information I had to disprove those allegations in court. by @jimmymacd
