This year came with a lot of reflection on so many things, and I came to one conclusion,
Alhamdulillahi Rabbil-'Alamin, for everything and for this day.

Looking back has made me realize that I have more reasons to be grateful than to focus on what I am still asking for in the coming year.

Sometimes, the outcome we fear is the one we spend the most time expecting.

Someone gets a new job but keeps saying,
"I don't think I'll make it through probation."

If that eventually happens, they begin to wonder why.

But didn't you already expect it?

Your expectations don't guarantee the outcome, but they can influence how you approach it. Constantly expecting failure can affect your confidence, your decisions, your attitude, and even the effort you put into your work.

Learn to be positive.

No one is asking you to ignore reality or expect miracles. But if you know you've worked hard, prepared well, and given your best, why convince yourself that failure is the only possible outcome?

Believe in your effort.

Give your hard work the opportunity to produce the results it deserves.
