@bpraak
@ammyvirk @billieeilish

With a few party bangers coming, I thought it'd be good to drop a soulful vibe. Here is the calm before the storm!

for the first time ever, I’m sharing the mic with the ultimate OG... my Dad @binderpasla 👑

if you grew up on that legendary UK Bhangra sound (iykyk, the RDB era was unmatched 🐐), you already know the levels he brings.

we’ve been cooking this one up for *years*. it honestly means the absolute world to finally share this moment with the man who paved the way and taught me everything. passing the torch but we’re both holding it rn. 🫶🏽🔥

go stream it and spread the word! 🚀📀

Because somehow one bhangra song gives more energy than 3 coffees and a motivational podcast 💃

This is your reminder that movement doesn’t have to feel boring or forced.

You can get stronger, sweat, build confidence, AND enjoy yourself at the same time ✨
