Allow me to reintroduce myself! 👏👇 I'm Jin! Over 11 years ago I went from unemployed college grad, to full-time, world-traveling, Actor/Model/Badass “Jin N Tonic.” What allowed me, a broke young woman from a f*cked up family to move to LA & chase my dreams & create a life of complete time & location freedom, creating art & making incredible connections with other models, creators & artists all over the world..? *I did.* I realized the only one holding me back, was me. 7 years in however I missed my [ex]husband & our home in LA. The 24/7 hustle and YEARS spent constantly comparing myself had taken its toll. It was time for a Change.. Two things I was told about myself repeatedly: "Wow, Jin, you're such a badass!" and "Wow, you're REALLY good at marketing yourself!" And so the next chapter was born.. I returned to LA & within months launched my biz Create Your Next Level offering courses & coaching for other Creative Entrepreneurs, specializing in Simplified Social Media & "Mindset+Marketing." Unfortunately not long after launching, The Universe decided I had some deeply rooted BS that needed cleared out in as dramatic a way as possible.. Cut to divorce, nomadic life, intense heartbreak & 30yrs of trauma healing and.. well.. I wouldn't quite say I'm "better for it" (hate that sh!t lol) but I can definitely say that I am absolutely BETTER THAN EVER! So welcome to the relaunch of CYNL! I took a lot of time off for me & through it all learned some very important lessons, some that I was already teaching... 1. You have to be true to YOU & stop trying to follow what other people say & do. 2. Quality really trumps Quantity EVERY SINGLE TIME (last year's income of $86k+ with barely 300 followers on a private blog proves that). 3. Love & trust yourself. When you follow your heart everything always works out even better in the end. This is the start of a brand new chapter for me & I'm here for it! Hbu? Are you ready? Most people think being a model is just about being pretty.. Even my little sister once said ‘All you do is look good, what’s so hard about that?’ and my head nearly blew off my shoulders. After YEARS of running my own business and building a brand around the world, how could she think so little of me?? But I realized that online everyone just sees the images, and me being very pretty. She has never seen the nonstop time I spend every week on my phone and laptop making this artistic passion in to something that can SUSTAIN me. And that’s true with everyone. You see the photos, but behind the scenes is dozens of hours spent every week: *Editing and scheduling content *Constantly learning *Sending out newsletters and updates to my network *Cold emailing (this is straight up a sales job!) *Applying to casting calls *Doing the mindset work to not fall in to a trap of comparison on social media *Traveling, scheduling, booking! *Researching hashtags and boosting SEO *Creating and updating an online portfolio, public blog, private blog, and website for my modeling… And so many more things! The actual time spent in front of the camera is just the tip of the iceberg of what it takes for Jin N Tonic to exist. This is a BUSINESS. And I intend to keep running it like a BOSS. Life… she be lookin a little differently lately! 🤣👏 Not a single person I’ve told has acted with anything less than surprise (imagine how I felt!) except my uncle who I think very aptly put it: ‘You know, I’ve learned not to be surprised by anything you do anymore.’ Haha and it’s so true! My life has been a series of unexpected chapters, and with each one is the same excitement and terror, and each time I make the same decision… F🤘CK IT! 😎😎😎 What’s life without the plot? lol. So each time I jump! And for this particular new chapter I have to say how insanely grateful I am each and every day to be jumping with a partner who every day shows up and goes all in on being the best damn baby daddy a girl could ever ask for. I give thanks every day for the way he makes us BOTH feel safe and provided for. I have zero fears that this kid will ever experience the heartache I grew up in, or ever doubt their worth because of an unhappy home. Evolving from the crazy aunt to a badass mom is an unexpected new chapter, but I have the best damn fun uncle turned selfless father to face the challenge with. Get ready baby, cuz your parents are fn cool as hell. 😎👏🤘🫶 Coming Christmas 2026! And yes!! We are having baby showers (plural! lol!) cuz we’re that fn cool. West coast baby shower in San Diego Sept 27th, and a full 24 hrs of events in Miami Oct 1st, plus a New York, Sunday event in October TBD. If you want deets, lmk! And YES you can send gifts and find the baby registry in my bio ;) This mama needs some expanding clothes LOL. This kid is gonna be so loved by so many incredible people all over the fn world! 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶👏🎉 And while every single person I’ve told has reacted with surprise (again, me too!!!) I can also say every single person has been excited, supportive, and fully believed in how amazing a mom I’m going to be. And that shit right there makes me cry every time lol. And it’s not just the hormones.
