my sweet, sweet boy. 6 years was not enough time with you by my side. to know you was to truly love you and I’m so lucky to have loved you. we came to each other when we both needed it most, and I’m so blessed to have learned so much from you in such a small period of time. if you didn’t already know, I adopted cooper at ~5 years old when I was 22

if you knew coopy, you know he was (is) a special boy (literally). cooper had separation anxiety and because of that, we rarely left him alone. you might’ve even seen him strolling down the street in his doggy stroller. Trader Joe’s, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, workout studios. literally anywhere we could (or sometimes couldn’t) bring him - he was coming with. cooper loved people and thrived on being included in any & all plans unless it was a walk down the street. he preferred the indoors.

you taught me so much about life. to slow down, to rest. to stop and just sniff the air. how to love, forgive and care for. how to be selfless.

my silly, gentle, sleepy, goofy, stubborn, sensitive & sweet boy. I was so lucky to be able to work from home all these years and get so much extra bonus time with you. you are the best, hardest, and most loving experience I’ve ever had in my life. I never really knew or understood unconditional love until I had you by my side.

I will miss you & love you forever. I feel so much peace knowing you are happy, healthy & thriving on the other side. I feel you with me and I know I always will. thank you for being my best friend and my first true love 🤍 by @jiordanne_

a huge thank you to the mayor, members of the city of lakewood, and the fellow local business owners who took time out of their day to celebrate this milestone with us. it means so much to feel welcomed and supported by the community we’re becoming a part of.

✨MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR - JIORDANNE✨

Hi! I’m Jiordanne, and I’m so excited to guide you in classes at numa! 🤍

My classes are intentionally curated with a focus on form, breath, and a fire playlist (always). I love creating a fun, upbeat environment that encourages you to challenge yourself while staying connected to your mind & body in each movement.

I love to teach both classical and contemporary pilates movements, and can’t wait to share my passion for pilates with you! 🤍 More than anything, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, challenged, and encouraged every step of the way!
