Ejiro-Oghene Paul 🎉 @jiro_oghene
@lagosmind

---
The vision that comes to mind when I think of Ejiro is her smile, her laughter, and how she embodies positive energy. 🤗

Ejiro seemed to be in familiar territory as she bonded with other facilitators at the Happiness Fest 1.0 @thehappinessfest

Her session was zero fluff. Straight to the point, nail on the head! Like “there's no time to waste, let's do this!” 💪

And when it was time to play, to have fun? Ejiro said, “Hold my cup.” 😀

Human Being!

And, funnily enough, that version of Ejiro is etched in my memory; her joy, her laughter, her participation in the games, and just that positive vibe.

Dearest Ejiro-Oghene 🤗 @jiro_oghene
Your light is so beautiful.
It gives light to others.

THANK YOU again for honoring our invite to the Happiness Fest 1.0 and for lighting up the room in the Ejiro-Oghene way.

It's giving “Balance.”
It's giving “Peace.”
It's giving “Let's be human together.”

With gratitude and warmth,
Yvonne Kika 🤗

Cc: thank you @lagosmind for sending Ejiro.

In June, I was delighted to host the African Futures Summit 2025 alongside Ejiro-Oghene Paul and Korede Ibukunoluwa David-oluwole. Though it was my first time hosting an event with Ejiro, it felt like we had been doing it together for years.

Over three days, the summit brought together over 1,000 young people from across the continent who are ready to catalyze Africa’s prosperity. From discussions on technology, artificial intelligence, migration, and climate change to talks on investment, venture capital, education, and the future of work, the summit didn’t just convene Africa’s future leaders—it empowered our greatest natural resource with the tools and networks needed to drive continental development.

Attendees included working professionals, graduates, university students, industry experts, religious leaders, political figures, secondary school students, and entrepreneurs from diverse sectors. Notable speakers included Lagos State Commissioner for Youth and Social Development Mobolaji A. Ogunlende, Special Adviser to the Honourable Minister of Education Dr. Adetola Salau, Ph.D., Oluebube Ezeoke, ACA, Austin Ezejiofor, PhD, Kevwe Jefia, Olumide Adamson, MBA, GPHR, SPHR, PHRi, PBA, ACIPM, Bosede Ogidan, Funmi Fasasi, Aasiah Solanke, Itunuoluwa Isaac Bamidele, Reed Shafer-Ray, Femi Taiwo, Oluwafemi Abe, Anjolaoluwa Ayodele, Adeoye Adedotun, Yetunde Adeniji, Ayomikun Olugbode, and Esther Ajudeonu among other distinguished voices shaping Africa’s future.

Experiencing the brilliance and creativity of African youth reinforced my own commitment to shaping Africa’s great future. We will be many across industries and sectors, united in making Africa great.

This summit was made possible by the Primacy Youth Development Initiative under Esther Ajudeonu’s outstanding leadership. She defied limitations and uncertainties to organize this continent-wide summit with limited resources, blazing a trail for the type of leadership Africa needs. She exemplifies the women we need at the helm of political and social transformation.

Africa is rising! God bless African youth! God bless Africa!

This day last week 🙌🙌🙌

Obtaining access to quality healthcare is a challenge in Nigeria. However, for mental health, the challenge is great because of the stigmatisation around mental health conversation in Nigeria.

Obtaining access to quality healthcare is a challenge in Nigeria. For mental health, the challenge is even greater due to the pervasive stigma surrounding mental health conversations.

But virtual therapy is offering a lifeline. @lagosmind we are breaking down geographical barriers and providing accessible, confidential care. As such, empowering individuals to take control of their mental well-being, wherever they may be. Be it at work, home, school, whether you're facing anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, virtual therapy can provide the support you need to thrive.

Remember, there's no health without mental health 🥳 by @jiro_oghene
