I was on my way out to freshen scrapes and feed and checked my @moultrieproducts cams and it felt like he was staring into me throgh the cam. Hes shown up 3 times in 2 days in daylight. If he shows tomorrow he's down.
I get it now, there is nothing like chasing whitetail. These animals are under so much pressure and survive hinters, coyotes, freezing temps, disease, etc. Chasing them is a privilege and a gift. I get it now. I understand the willingness to forego sleep to get out a few hours before work. Sweating your tail off in the summer scouting and putting up sets. Practicing with your bow and adapting when something is off. Passion, obsession, love, whatever it is. I get it.

@boneheadscents has this young one fired up on this scrape. All other scrapes freshened with the Bonehead products show evidence of buck activity. Will be a faithful customer from now on.

@boneheadscents got him interested. A freshening up should spark even further interest.

Things are starting to heat up! Theyre starting to get irritated with eachother, sparring will pick up in frequency and intensity and the group will separate soon. Then November!!

Haven't seen him on camera since August 23 and he pops up on 31 August. @spartan.forge is predicting today as a Core Area day, meaning he may be living very close.
