Coach Heath Pedigo from Pedigo Submission Fighting came on the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet show to talk about how Jiu-Jitsu can save lives.

Comment below ⬇️ and I’ll send you a 🔗to the full video 🔥

We recorded some more content too but I’m saving the full video for a documentary we are making about my friend Christian Maddox ... I want to release some of the content early though to hype the documentary and also get some important concepts out to the community.

Stay tuned to the JJO YT channel for more about the documentary.

Heath dropped some real wisdom in this clip and I felt it had to get out ASAP. Thank you very much to Heath for being on the show! You’re the man.

Thank you to my sponsor Michael Cragholm from GrapplApp for helping fund my voyages around the world to train Jiu-Jitsu with the best people and do these shows. 🥰
