Come out to Code 3 Fitness in Poca, WV and support our gym and our lifters! If you want to see big weights, huge feats of strength, and a great powerlifting show, this is one you don’t want to miss.

Squatted today for the first time since tearing my right spinal erector 4 weeks ago on a wagon wheel deadlift.

Trying some new stuff. Actually wore my knee sleeves today and my knees ft 25 again.
Everything seemed to hold up well today. Still being smart with it, but we’re building back.

Great day at Jividen Barbell — everyone hit some solid PRs (will post soon) and meet prep is officially rolling for them. Time to keep stacking good days and getting stronger.
