Yes, we (ignored and) survived all this unscientific advice and are doing just fine! 😅😅

ആദ്യമായി ഒരു വീട്ടിൽ വന്നാൽ കുഞ്ഞിനെ പഞ്ചസാര കഴിപ്പിക്കണം ,
അരഞ്ഞാണം ഇട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ അര ഒതുങ്ങില്ല,
തല ഉരുട്ടി shape ആക്കണം,
പായ ഇട്ട് നിലത്തു കിടത്തിയാലെ കമഴ്ന്നു വീഴൂ,
കുഞ്ഞ് കരഞ്ഞാലും കയ്യിൽ ഇരുത്തി ഉറക്കരുത് -ശീലമാകും,🤦‍♀️
കൈ വായിൽ വെച്ചാൽ കുറ്റം, Diaper ഇടുന്നതേ അപരാധം....

അങ്ങനെ എന്തൊക്കെ !

Avoiding added sugar in early childhood completely rewires how kids experience food.

As someone fighting my own sugar addiction, I would cry eating dark chocolate of this intensity. 😅

We know we can't keep her away from the world of sugars forever, but the first 3 years of her life are our main goal.

(Remember, just a tiny occasional taste advised, since pure cacao has heavy natural stimulants like caffeine and theobromine!)
