Romans 12 had me thinking this evening.

I’ve had plenty of people do me wrong over the years, especially with photography and video. People promise things, don’t follow through, disappear when it’s time to pay, all that.

But Romans 12 says, “Do not take revenge… leave room for God’s wrath.”

Honestly, that’s become a lot easier for me over time. Not because it doesn’t bother me, but because I’ve realized carrying bitterness is exhausting.

I’d rather leave it in God’s hands and keep moving forward with what He’s called me to do.

Some seasons I thought would last longer than they did. And honestly, it’s hard to let go of something that meant a lot to you. Still learning that something ending doesn’t erase the good that was there. I can be grateful for that season, miss it, and still trust God with what’s next.
