I like to think of this as “therapy for men who don’t do therapy”.

I am proud to be offering a bespoke and confidential 1:1 therapy service of a Monday in the city of York. Number of sessions will be tailored to a clients particular needs.

This is in person therapy with a provided space to build confidence and work through emotional difficulties, trauma, anxiety, social difficulties, and depressive thoughts.

Sessions will run between 08:30 - 16:30 and usually last 50 minutes. Further admin / availability can be discussed via email then phone.

Would anybody from my old regiment be keen on sharing some stories with me, or reading through some of what I’m trying to put together?

I have no idea what this is meant to be currently or how long it’ll take. Mostly, it’ll be satire (as that makes most things accessible) but I think there is a gap for a very honest description of what it is like to be a young person in a hyper masculine environment such as the army.
