If we haven't met, I'm JJ. I'm a SF-based photographer and cinematographer and have created images with and for Twitter, Dropbox, Coinbase, Facebook, DoorDash, Virgin Atlantic, Cisco, Stanford and more. My background? Nursing. 🇵🇭🩺🩹 I graduated from University of San Francisco and after failing the boards twice, my first job was a being a receptionist for a tech company in San Francisco. Fast forward to today, my clientele speaks for itself, and while skills behind the camera are necessary, it was sales (pitching, presenting, negotiating) that got me to where I am today. I'm continuing the portrait series of my studio's building at Yosemite Place, and thought I'd slip these into each studio's door. Good old-fashioned direct [mail] marketing. On the back is a QR code for them to book a free portrait session. I have a lot of printing, folding, and cutting to do. As a photographer/cinematographer, one of our weaknesses is bags. We're always finding new ones, whether they need to be bigger or smaller. What I also know is that we use bags within bags to organize everything. If you're looking for a high-quality organizer with a sealed zipper (IYKYK), go grab a set from my friend Max's @mahuggi company, @gobags.us As much as I love saving money with my Daiso bags, I'd lose money if my gear is lost, since the zippers have never lasted more than a few months. by @jjasef
