How do you make an experience memorable?

Last week, I had the opportunity to spend time with the team at @barbercultureinc sharing my perspective on intentional guest experience.

We often assume that delivering more is how we create value. More steps. More effort.
In reality, more isn’t better. Intention is.

The real leverage comes from doing less of what doesn’t matter and being precise with what does. When every touchpoint is deliberate, a standard appointment shifts into something exclusive.
