Introducing @jjiggr , @noam_official Brand Ambassador and our incredible last #IndustryInspiration for 2025! 🍾 Oscar’s hospitality journey began at a drinks import/export company, managing a small portfolio and connecting with passionate producers worldwide. His experiences sparked a deep passion for the industry. He’s since focused on emerging drink brands, building sales funnels for non-alc functional mushroom drinks and supporting celebrity-backed Tequilas before joining NOAM. Delving into his role, Oscar explained, “My role is focused on events and partnerships. When I first joined; we did around 1 event every month. Now we have 4-5 events a week and considerably more requests. After doing a few events, it initiated a snowball effect and now every event we do stems another 2/3 off the back of it. The biggest event we have done so far has been Marina Abramovic at Saatchi Yates.” Speaking on his love for the brand, Oscar said, “Not be cliché but the team I work with are great. The 3 of us in the UK team see each other every day. Although I don’t see the global team as much, we speak on the phone most days. We all share a collective goal and inspire each other.” Looking to the future, Oscar shared his goals, “I’m currently building an activation playbook with concepts such as movie nights, supper clubs and fashion watch parties. I’m excited to roll these out at our venue partners next year. My long-term goal is to move from association sponsorships towards collaborations, and 100% NOAM curated events. The main goal is to build a system to support up-and-coming artists.” To conclude, Oscar advised, “Stay curious and stay committed. This industry rewards people who show up, keep learning, and keep going even when it feels chaotic. Focus on the relationships, trust your instincts, and don’t let self-doubt get louder than your potential. This is what I’ve been working on for the past few weeks 🙌🏾 I wanted to continue the positive energy of the video and create something to try and raise some funds for the cause. I've been working with @j_la.l_ to make laser cut stencils; you can use it at the protests, on clothes or however you wish. The stencils will be up for sale on the @50mlondon website, with all proceeds going to @theblackcurriculum and @mvmnt4blklives. For those of you who can't afford to donate but still want to get involved, there will be a free pdf file so you can create the stencil at home!
