What a WILD week in the mortgage market. 📉

Hot inflation reports, global conflict, a hawkish Fed, and everything pointing toward higher interest rates.

And then the market completely reversed.

Believe it or not, concerns surrounding AI may have played a role in all of it.

Just another reminder that even the smartest people in the room can’t consistently predict where this market is headed.

Here’s my takeaway: Stop trying to perfectly time the market and start focusing on STRATEGY.

How can we improve monthly payments? Increase cash flow? Reduce out-of-pocket expenses?

There are some incredible opportunities right now if you know how to structure the financing.
