Cohesion Collective's VHOOK and JOLE are teaming up for a neurofunk'd-up b2b set on Saturday 7.2.2026 at Basshesion! This b2b set moves from jump-up to neurofunk and everything in between, so expect a fun and high energy set!

@vhook_ biography:

VHOOK started playing decks in 2020 and has been active in the Finnish DnB scene ever since. He’s a member of @atlantis.events_ and the @cohesion_collective . With heavy, driving sounds and a fast tempo, he aims to pull the listener into a captivating trance through his sets.

@jjoopee biography:

JOLE’s sound is all about variety. Deep and techy is where JOLE finds his comfort zone, but you can expect anything from heavy-hitting jump-up to smooth liquid. Always keeping you second-guessing of what’s coming next.

We are arranging a DJ competition to give you a chance to play in between Screamarts and Absu_NTQL at 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘

We aren’t setting any genre limitations, but keep in mind that the night leans heavily into neurofunk so your energy needs to match that high octane intensity
•
What we will be focusing on:

Clean mixing and smooth transitions. We’d rather hear a single song mixed well, than a double that doesn’t work. (Don’t get us wrong we love doubles, it just needs to work)

As mentioned the night is gonna be high energy, your set needs to match the intensity of the night.

To our surprise we have already gotten multiple requests from abroad to join our DJ competition and we whole heartedly support that ! ❤️‍🔥So you can definitely join the competition, no matter the nationality or place of origin. Unfortunately though, we won’t be able to pay for travel costs or accomodation.. So take that into account when joining the competition !
