I don’t actually know the exact date I officially started my journey at FITTED. Before it was on paper, I had to earn it, helping customers, sweeping floors, proving I belonged. But something tells me it was right around this time of year, with today’s date being my best guess.

Two decades in twenty photos… but no amount of pictures could capture what this place actually means to me.

I still remember walking in to FITTED for the first time, having no idea this would become so much more than a job. It quickly became my family, a classroom for life, and honestly, one of the main things that shaped who I am today.

There’s a story behind each of these photos, and together they add up to something bigger: the days that felt impossible until they weren’t, the wins and celebrations, the people who quietly had my back, the laughter, the lessons learned, the pride I’ll bleed forever. So many of the people I love most in this world, I met right here.

This place gave me my career, my perspective, my community, my way of life. I’ve designed thousands of items, worked on countless unique projects, and executed more ideas than I can count, and I hope, in some small way, I’ve made a positive impact along the way. I am endlessly grateful for every person who has been part of it, and for every memory captured (and the countless ones that weren’t). And for once, I can say I’m proud of myself too, for sticking it out, for growing, for becoming who I am.

Twenty years down, hopefully forever to go. Here’s to the people who made it all mean something. Mahalo. 🌎 by @jjparkz

Got home, did some laundry, cleaned the Peggy’s off my boots, but I’ll never wash the memories of this past week out of my heart and mind. Didn’t take too many photos, but most moments were too good for that anyway.
Hilo continuously took my breath away; the people, the food, the hospitality… simple “alohas” from passersby…
This week reinvigorated a love for Hawaii and its people that I never thought could grow any stronger within me. I’m back with a new appreciation for so many things, and inspirations that will stay with me for a many years to come.
So grateful for all the new learnings, experiences, and both old and new friendships. Mahalo e Hilo. by @jjparkz

2025 was an overall great golfing year for me… and for trying to ground my patience. 😅

I played a lot with the boys, mixed in a few rounds with strangers (who were somehow always connected to me in some distant way), and hit more bad shots than I’d ever want to admit. Played with visiting tourists, military serviceman, retired local unks, people with flashy equipment that couldn’t hit 30 yards and people with ancient equipment that could stop the ball on a dime, beginners and pros, and everything in between. A few great rounds, some solid ones, and plenty of “we’ll work on that” days… 😂

Golf reminded me again that it’s really just me vs. me. I love the grind, the challenge, and chasing a swing that shows up whenever it feels like it. But honestly, the best part is the people, the laughs, and the stories between shots.

I’m missing a few photos, but these are most of the rounds worth remembering.
Thanks to everyone I teed it up with this year. If you’re not in these photos, let’s make sure that changes next year! Cheers ⛳️ by @jjparkz

My family put my father to rest yesterday. He passed away just before Easter morning on April 19. I’ve been fairly quiet about this until now because I didn’t think I could handle the conversations. To those who knew him, I’m sorry for the silence. He was good to so many of my friends over the years.

Jes and I left for Japan, his favorite place, just a day after his passing. At first, it was strange for me to leave my family behind in a time like that, but I think going on that trip was the best thing I could’ve done. I cried more in these last couple months than I have in the rest of my whole life combined. Sometimes the grief would hit out of nowhere; in line for coffee, walking down a quiet street, sitting down to a meal… it would pour through me, not as pain, but as love. In those moments, I felt him with me.

David was my adoptive grandfather, but to me, he was always my Pop. He raised me. He loved me. And in every way that truly matters, he was my one true father.

Pop was incredibly intelligent, hardworking, and precise, with his moral compass always pointing true north. He was stern when he needed to be, but always had a quick wit and a sharp sense of humor. A life shaped by the military gave him a standard of excellence.. and he never gave anything less than his full effort. He approached everything with intention, insight, and care. In 38 years, I can count the number of times on one hand that I ever heard him use a swear word. He was such a hard worker that I’m convinced he would’ve got up out of his hospital bed to cut the grass with his last breath if he could’ve. He handled every situation with the utmost integrity and never needed flash or recognition. He wore the same watch since I was old enough to know what a watch was, carried the same leather briefcase throughout his entire corporate career, and only bought replacement New Balance’s when absolutely necessary. That was Pop; steady, principled, always intentional.

My great-grandma turned 103 last week, and we were fortunate to celebrate with a small gathering at her care home. She was in remarkably good spirits—better than she’s been in weeks—and that filled me with an unexpected, irreplaceable joy. I’m incredibly thankful for my family, who continue to check in on her and offer their love. Watching someone you love grow older isn’t easy. Every moment feels more precious, but that weight can be difficult to carry. I don’t want to forget this day, ever.

I love you, Grandma. You’re truly amazing. 🤍 by @jjparkz
