They were only taking exams. God help the victims and their families and friends in the wake of this horrific mass shooting. We are devastated here in the smallest state. @brownu @brownuniversityshooting @prayforourbrownuniversitystudents by @jkbackstage

Today we lost our gem of a mother. It was a long struggle, Mommy, but you are finally with Papa, Grandpa and Grandma Todd, Uncle John, and every one of your beloved friends and family. Bet they couldn't wait to greet you. My sisters and I always called her a cross between Mother Theresa and General Patton. She was our anchor...and very beautiful. Keep watch over us now. We love you so much. by @jkbackstage

Today I lost a dear friend and fellow thespian. Don was a Korean War Veteran and a generous soul. He produced our little play last January, starring as the hysterical Tarzan. He was a fantastic carpenter, an expert archer and lived his 90 years with kindness and a zest for life. You will be missed, old friend. May his memory be a blessing🙏😥💔 by @jkbackstage

Today is Israeli Independence Day. As you can see, Israelis and all Jews come in every color. We celebrate life. We mourn death...and yes, we mourn Palestinian deaths. We have strength and faith to move mountains. We don't teach hate. We want our hostages home. Am Yisrael Chai 💙🇮🇱✡🎗 #yomhaatzmaut #israelremembranceday #bringthemhomenow🇮🇱 by @jkbackstage
