I never picked a word to encourage me for 2025, but “blessings” would’ve been it. This year brought us so many unknowns and battles and through it all we were blessed. Blessed by God, the friends around us, our community and family.

This year has taught me to be patient, how to love deeper and what “a village” truly looks like. I don’t know what 2026 will bring, but it will be so hard to top the lessons, blessings and love that this year brought. by @jkmccarl

Yesterday we got to witness two of our favorite people get engaged. This love story is a special one. I was there the night you two met, the night you started dating and now engaged. The Blooming festival has always been one of our favorite weekends, but now it is even more because it’s where all of these sweet events took place.

Peyton,
You’ve been apart of my life for a long time and I’m so excited for you to enter this new season of life. My blonde headed sister that I never knew I needed. We love you so much.
