Babies turning into big kids, a new bestie, tons of real estating, porch hangs w chosen family + teaching the basics of democracy. We just welcomed sweet Moose, a bouncy, busy GSP into our lives + are completely smitten with his antics.

We also can’t help but feel the bittersweet feelings about our joy when our country + the world is in utter chaos, families we love are in danger + our democracy continues the spiral the drain. I’m not sure today could get any sweeter if it tried. In addition to the October colors just doing their damn thing, today marks TEN (10!!) years as a licensed Realtor in Oregon. What a turning point that was in my life + I’m so grateful for all those along the way - clients, mentors, fam/friends + cheerleaders who believed in me + helped me grow to be the best I can be. Fist bumps to @hometeamrealty, @tonilmikel + @urbannestpdx for being guiding lights along the way - I owe a lot to you all.

Leni Lou where did you come from? You’re the most easy going baby I’ve ever met, chill to your bones, just happy to be along for the next ride. You delight in the magic of this world like no one I’ve ever known. Silly faces + peek-a-boo bring out this infectious squeal that melt just about every heart you encounter. Not one to let the world call you pint-sized, you speed your 16lb frame from place to place with confidence + gusto! Who knew that you would meet people out in the wild who already knew your birth story + that the “Providence parking lot baby” would make so many rounds (keep that one in your pocket to tell at parties)! You know what you want + how to get it + what you desire the most is the attentiveness of your busy big brother. Nobody lights you up like he does! This world is a better place with Leni in it + I would be your mama for a thousand years if the universe would let me.
