Meet Jasmine @jlewy_ straight out of Metro Detroit.

With a strong musical foundation, she’s always moved with intention — carrying that rhythm into her dance journey, which began in 2010. In 2023, she made the move to Atlanta and stepped fully into her purpose, committing to professional training and leveling up her craft.

Jasmine stands on values that shape her artistry — effort, focus, consistency, and discipline. And it shows in every step.

As a 2025 Groove2Musik Company Alum and 3rd-year Squad member, Groove has become more than a training ground… it’s home away from home. A space where she’s continuously pushed, poured into, and challenged to grow.

Part 5/Finale of my Solo Trip to Costa Rica, including: Brunch 🥞, Jet Skiing at Lake Arenal 🌋, my Bird Watching Tour 🐦, Dinner 🍝, La Sabana Park 🌳, and enjoying the rooftop pool before heading back to the States. Every place I ate was from a TikTok recommendation, including @breadhousecr for brunch and @casapiemontecr for dinner (both in San José), so thank you TikTok. Finding a jet skiing excursion was a true dummy mission 😂 but I had fun and the views were, again, top tier. Thank you to @arenalwatersports . I love seeing a little wild life, so between sloths, poisonous frogs, and birds, pretty birds was the best fit for me 😂 so thank you to @papasplacecr . I also decided to see La Sabana Park, a landmark in San José, and enjoy the rooftop pool at the bnb before coming back home. I enjoyed my solo trip to Costa Rica. Would go back. Part 4 of my Solo Trip to Costa Rica, including: my trip to La Fortuna for my birthday 🥳 and my time at Baldi Hot Springs and Spa 🧖🏽‍♀️ . As mentioned, I started off my birthday completing my self-guided tour of the Museo Nacional (😅) and visiting the Teatro Nacional again (😕). But on my birthday, I usually like to relax a little and just take some time to be grateful for everything, so the highlight of my trip was going to Baldi Hot Springs. Every year, I try to treat myself to a massage on my birthday, and the only difference this time is that it was out the country. That massage was great y’all 10/10. Then I spent the rest of my birthday enjoying all the hot springs at @baldi_hot_springs_costarica . Definitely worth the drive. Would go back. Would recommend. 100 times over. Next week I drop the final vlog, Part 5, the last full day of my trip and what I did the day I left.

Part 3 of my Solo Trip to Costa Rica, including: my drive to Jaco, CR 🚙, my ATV + Waterfall Tour ⛰️, the beach 🏝️, and dinner at Hicaco 🍽️. I actually liked driving around Costa Rica (in the day time) because the views are gorgeous. And y’all know I like a lil adventure so ATVing is always a good choice and that waterfall was beautiful 😍 (and a little cold lol). And you know I have to touch some ocean 🌊. Shout out to Clint on TikTok and Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park. Speaking of TikTok, that’s how I found Hicaco which I absolutely loved. Would definitely go back. If you’re in Jaco, you should go to Hicaco too. And hit up @jacotheory for your excursions out there. Part 4 next week, what I did on my birthday ☺️

Part 2 of my Solo Trip to Costa Rica, including: where I stayed 🏘️, a visit to Teatro Nacional de Costa Rica 🎻, and a trip to Parque Diversiones 🎢. I prefer AirBnBs over hotels, but do what you do. The orchestra was great and the national theater was beautiful, but they were a little strict 💂🏼‍♂️. And I had fun at the amusement park, but I like a bit more thrill. Part 3 will be shared next week, which will be my adventures in Jaco, Costa Rica. ☺️
