Pride Wod 2026. WOW! 🌈

To everyone who showed up, worked out, donated, bought a raffle ticket, purchased a Pride shirt (or any of our other items), cheered athletes on, and made Joe suffer through an absurd number of Echo Bike calories—THANK YOU!

Because of the incredible generosity of this community and our amazing sponsors, we raised over $5,100 for The Attic Youth Center! Of that total, $1,809 came from donations tied directly to Joe’s Echo Bike challenge, which means Joe completed 1,809 calories on Saturday 😳🚴

A huge thank you to all of the businesses and individuals who donated raffle prizes and food. Your support helped make this such a successful Pride WOD!

Year after year, this community continues to show up for causes that matter, and we’re incredibly proud of what we accomplished together.

Because of your support, we’ve put together some incredible prize packages to help raise money for The Attic Youth Center and the LGBTQ+ youth they serve right here in Philadelphia.

🎟️ Raffle tickets are $5 each (or 10 tickets for $45) 🎟️ Place your ticket(s) into whichever prize package(s) you’d like to win 🎟️ You do not need to be present for the entire event to win—we’ll contact winners after the drawings

Donations can also be made via Venmo. Every dollar donated will be added to Joe’s Echo Bike challenge, where he’ll complete 1 calorie for every dollar raised 😈🚴

This year’s Pride WOD is dedicated to Leslie Feinberg, an influential LGBTQ+ activist, author, and organizer whose work helped advance understanding, visibility, and solidarity across communities. We’ll share more about the significance of this year’s workout and its rep scheme on Saturday.

For years, the Novem community has come together to support The Attic Youth Center and the incredible work they do for LGBTQ+ youth in Philadelphia. What started as a small fundraiser has grown into one of our favorite traditions, and it’s only possible because of the generosity of this community.

Over the years, we’ve raised more than $25,000 for The Attic, and we’re excited to keep that momentum going this month. Link to the article is in our bio.

Meet @jling7379 . Co owner of Resilient .

I’ve always been into staying active, whether that was football, riding bikes with friends, or competing in track and field growing up. Somewhere along the way, life got busy and my health took a backseat. Around 30, I realized I needed to make a change and spent a couple years bouncing between gyms trying to find something that would stick.

Then I found Functional Fitness and was hooked pretty quickly. It challenged me in a way nothing else had, and it got me back on track not just physically but mentally too.

These days, one of my most ambitious fitness feats is chasing around my two kids, which honestly keeps me just as busy as any workout.

Owning a gym has been a natural next step. What I’ve come to appreciate most is the community side of it. It’s not just about the workouts, it’s about building a place people actually enjoy being a part of.

I’m excited to bring that into Nolibs and build something people feel connected to. Looking forward to meeting everyone and getting started. by @jling7379
