You might be wondering why I do these type of exercises.. it’s to further incorporate the awareness of my fascial slings and to strengthen that connection. I’m constantly searching inward for those proper connections to make the movement stronger, mote stable and precise.

Day 2 .. of what we gon call my movement of the day.. this is me attacking my glute to shoulder connection from a lower body perspective.

You can see again.. my left side is not as strong. I have to sit in the isometric and breathe through it to find the proper connection.

I feel like an unsticking sensation inside my right rib/lat/hip area once i connect, kind of like something is unraveling, I know I’m getting closer.

If anybody got some info on that let me know!!!

But yea man this me just searching.. looking for that correct alignment to execute movement effortlessly and pain free. Let your body speak to you it knows what it needs ! But first you must conquer the beast or the Mf won’t listen to you and it’ll tell the wrong 🤫 🙏🏾✊🏾🤘🏾🤟🏾🤞🏾✌🏾 by @jloyd10

The next young man to get recognized as a top performer through the 1st 8 years of TBL is former @oregonmbb & @oregonfootball player @jloyd10 of the @mesquite_desertdogs & @kokomobobkats

Johnathon came fresh from college to help the Desert Dogs make the playoffs in the NAPB & then on year 1 of TBL. He went on to a very good season in the @officialnblc with the @islandproball & then returned the following season to the BobKats & helped them to one of their best playoff runs‼️
