They're not just a typical "boyband"; they're everything to me; my safety, my happiness, my laughter, my tears of pride, my saviours, my biggest supports and just the reason why I just keep on believing and achieving. I never thought I'd be lucky enough to get a 4/4 picture, but here we are🫶🏼❤️💛💙💚 @jlsofficial @oritsemusic @jbgill @astonmerrygold @marvinhumes #jls #meetandgreet #everybodysayjlsthehitstour #foreverandaday #likesforlike #oritsewilliams #jbgill #astonmerrygold #marvinhumes #imaceleb by @jlstostayingrelevant

Reunited with my faves🥺... This year has been a bloody battle and a half and yet seeing my favourite people makes everything that little better! - if I could even come close to repaying them for everything, I would, however, I'll always support them and love them more than they'll ever know🥺🖤 thankyou for tonight and i hope you both like your gifts🖤

When you start listening and watching a podcast, you never in a million years do you ever think that you'd ever be able to meet the heroes behind it all, let alone meet friends that become family.

Last night we went ✨️FeReL✨️ and Bongo Bingo lived up to their experience! - it was insane, so thankyou to my girls who made it even better!!!!

Lizz 🤝🏼 Sam and Pete reunion❤️

🥳💥Happy Birthday, Sam🥳💥

Today is ALL about you and no one can tell you otherwise🤣🥰

Your kindness, contagious laughter, beaming smile and gentle ways will never be matched by anyone else, as you're utterly unique in everything you do.

You always make everyone around you either incredibly happy or slightly pis*ed off (probably Pete without caffeine keeping him going😂😂), either way, keep being YOU, you're amazing!

They say,"you should never meet your heroes," and well, I've met you and I'm so grateful for everything.

I can't wait until Bongo Bingo to see you and thankyou in person for everything!

There's so much I'd like to say, however, I'll just keep this short and sweet!

I absolutely LOVE you! Happy birthday once again and thankyou for being the best role model.

I'm so incredibly blessed and beyond grateful!!!! Reunited with my favourite people in the whole world!!!

Although I'm not a massive runner, I still took part with my adopted little sister and we smashed it😉🤣

Swipe along to see the big reveal!... i said i would and I did @samthompsonuk - not even 24 hours later🥰😭 not only that, I managed to make Sam's insta story and that makes me so happy!

Here's to many more positive memories that are and will be made, all because of this family Sam and Pete have created, I've made so many friends with so many people, even gained a little sister.

Ah, my heart is full and my soul is fuller. I LOVE YOU ALL, RELEVENTERS!!!!!❤️❤️

*side note... I'm also so gutted, I lost my @dinelli glasses😔 gonna have to save for a new pair*

This is such a vulnerable post, however I do think it's needed, especially for us Neurodiverse bunch and Neurotypicals to understand...

I may look like everyone else, I may breathe the same air, bleed the same colour, share similarities with the next person; however I realise this about myself, I mask a lot, a lot more than I should.

I'm currently on a journey, a journey that can be beautiful but it's also exhausting... doing things with a routine can be fun but the other half of me craves doing something fun, especially as that gives me a dopamine hit.

I struggle with looking at people in the eye, which if I do that with you, I'm masking heavily. I struggle with maintaining friendships, unless I'm super comfortable with said person. I struggle with holding onto my thoughts, so I just blurt them out and then curse myself later. I struggle with change, unless i change them and then at a later date, I struggle to regulate which causes me to lash out... I cry, shout, headbutt and use up every ounce of my remaining energy. Which then includes ruminating on every small thing, physically unable to do anything other than think too much and either sleep too much or not enough. I struggle to stim in front of people, so I just sing along to music a lot, I struggle with echolalia, which then causes me to repeat stuff that makes people feel some type of way, even if it makes me happy. Obviously there's more things, but this is the gist.

Just because I can put on a face that makes people think I don't struggle. But, i do, I do more than I'll ever say, especially as my brain is going too fast for me to get those words out.

I'm very blessed and grateful that I've achieved the things I have, and despite my struggles, there's so many beautiful things I can do, all thanks to my Neurodiversity.

It's about time I start to accept myself and be my own advocate, even if i stand alone.
