A quick trip to visit @oakliz and @mikgs77 in Guatemala! Got to check out Guatemala City, Antigua and Lake Atitlán. So many volcanoes! Good times and chilaquiles.

Not pictured: chilaquiles at the random Swiss inspired restaurant.

When your weekly meal kit sends a recipe for BBQ pineapple flatbread but you used to work at California Pizza Kitchen so you add BBQ chicken and cilantro.

What a great meal at @dianesplacemn last night. Great cocktails and excellent food.

Beef carpaccio with laab/larb flavors, such a fun twist and so good.

Housemade Hmong sausage over coconut sticky rice was delicious and comforting.

The castella cake was a mix of pineapple and coconut with just the right garnish for crunch. Perfectly executed and I'm still thinking about it.

Not pictured: scallion croissants because I ate them all and forgot to take a picture. taken in Diane's Place by @jlw75014
