For the past few years, @sheazephir and I have talked extensively about tapping into our purpose, nurturing our roots and health being our wealth.

🎥 This leads into latest project I’ve worked on for Shea’s new venture, #TheMovementHaus. MH is a soul-centered space where movement is medicine, joy is culture, and every body belongs.

Excited to share a glimpse of what’s coming.

I’ve been blessed to have a father who’ve reached the milestone of 80 years living. That’s a big deal. And to celebrate this moment, I put in a call to my sister and brother to set the plans for a surprise birthday party. “Call up all his homies, college cronies and friends from the movement…”

After a whole lot of planning, organizing & bickering, I gotta say, the day was a good day.

Thanks to @suitemetuchen for hosting us.
Thanks to @alldayfeatures for capturing the moment.

Every night the Knicks play against the Pacers, it’s an emotional night. Dude thought it was cute pulling out the ol’ “Reggie choke” early in Game 1. I hope they smack hot fyah out these doo doo birds. KNICKS IN 6.

Word, we’re starting early!!!
How I see it, she can be anything she wants to be. In the meantime, we’re gonna work on some skills along the way.
And if she happens to catch flight and dunk on a muhfucka one day, it will be one of the highlights of my life. #ProudDad 🏀 taken in Training Zone by @jmandela
