Hurricane prep underway. Anxiety thru the roof. Hurricane crafts prepared. We have canned food, charcoal, butane burner, water and a filter system. I have my grills and we have generators. We have always been off to one side or the other. Never directly in the middle of “the cone”. by @jmariedesigned

I finished one! 🤣

I loved all the classes from @not_2_shabby_shop Autumn Greetings retreat. I tried to craft along, but I didn’t want to miss anything or miss chatting, so I just watched. Here is card 1 from @bestthingsinlifearepink class.

🍂 A Little Autumn Magic! 🍂

Fall crafting has officially entered the chat, and I am here for all those rich, cozy colors! These two cards were created with the Autumn Accents Die Set from @thiscallsfor_confetti , and I love how many different little autumn scenes you can build with it.

For the first card, I paired those sweet pumpkins with the little black cat for a touch of fall magic. On the second, I let the branches and colorful falling leaves take center stage. Same die set, two completely different looks!

I also used the Fancy Frames & Layers Die Set on both cards. Those fabulous frames give everything such a beautiful finished look and make it easy to create a strong focal area without covering up all the fun details.

✨ ATCs aren’t just for trading! ✨

I took a traditional 2½" x 3½" Artist Trading Card and turned it into the spotlight of this card!

Using the new Trendsetter stamp set from the latest @missinkstamps release, I created the ATC so it lines right up with the larger stamped scene. Then I popped it up for dimension, making that fabulous fashionista the star of the show. 💕🖤

It’s such a fun way to add interest to a scene card without covering up all those wonderful stamped details.

🎥 Want to see how I made it?
I’ve got the full tutorial up on YouTube, including how I created and lined up the ATC spotlight:

Watch the ATC Spotlight Card Tutorial on YouTube https://youtu.be/1PwbImFo-rk?si=3KASpkEDYY_bH51l

And I have to ask... have you ever used an ATC as part of a full-size card before? I think I may be slightly obsessed with this idea now. 😂
