✨I started hitting the gym a few years ago to transform my body physically as I was not happy for who I was as I was getting older

✨It turns out, the biggest change happened inside my mind!!
✨So far I love the process of transforming myself to the person I always wanted to be
✨I also came to realizations that I workout for myself, to keep me strong not only Physically but also Mentally, Emotionally and Psychologically!!!

My moto is:
✨Do whatever your heart desires
✨Do whatever makes you happy without worrying what others will think or say about you

You can’t please everyone as long as you’re not hurting anyone!!!
People will always judge you but do it anyways!!
