“When you think you’re starting a zero-sugar journey…but your husband has other plans.”
Trying to start this journey especially after consuming a lot of sweets during the holidays. You know it’s not easy and that it starts with tiny steps especially when it’s for your health.
Do you go all-in on zero sugar, or do you find ways to cheat the taste?

First solo drive and the start of something new.

Sometimes, we delay, we doubt and say no. But then one day, we just decide to finally go for it, ready or not.
This experience was so scary but it felt the best after I’ve done it.

This is your sign that if you are still thinking about it, just go for it… you got this!

Finally!!!

It took me years to finally go for it —
fears, delays and all the excuses in between. But, I did it!
Let this be your reminder that the timeline doesn’t matter. Start scared, start late — JUST START.

Imagine opening your door and seeing 20 trick-or-treaters coming your way! Haha.

Because I’d definitely be so excited to see all those cute costumes, but for sure I’d be wondering if I have enough candies?!

Yesterday was a blast! We came from a birthday party, and we all ended up trick-or-treating together!

The kids had SO MUCH FUN! Especially my little one! I think having all those kids around made it even more exciting for him.

I think we should do this again next Halloween! Haha!

But seriously, if you saw 20 kids coming to your door, would you be excited or start counting your candies?

Saving the best for last!

This year, we decided to do something different for Halloween. Yep, we ended up as FROGGIES!!!

These froggy costumes double as cozy wearable blankets too. So, we won’t feel cold as much during the Trick or Treat. 👻

Happy Halloween from our froggy family!

Would you wear these for Halloween or just stay cozy in them in the winter?

For our apple-picking day, I picked a fall color palette: beige, brown, navy blue, and light blue.

And everyone understood the memo! 😂

Here’s my little trick for coordinating family outfits without being too matchy-matchy:

1. Pick 3–4 colors that go well together.

2. Let everyone mix and match what they already have.

3. Stick to the palette, not identical outfits.

That’s it! No need to buy matching clothes.
Just shop your own closets first.

Save this for your next family outing or fall family photos!

Are you a matching-outfits family? When you want all themed and stuff, it becomes a little bit stressful right? It shouldn’t be though.

Today in school, while waiting for his big brother, he was just playing with the leaves when he suddenly said, “I love fall!”

I captured it because it instantly made me realize how much we overlook the little things because we’re always so busy with life, schedules, and just everything.

Meanwhile, our kids are out here finding happiness in a pile of leaves.

Sometimes they’re the ones reminding us to slow down and enjoy what’s right in front of us.

Do you also feel that you’re always being rushed through life?

No rushing. NO one calling “mama!”

These days when I am just by myself, driving to an appointment?… ahhh PEACE.

It was also as simple as finding this tiny blush, putting it on and applying my current favourite lipstick meant a lot for me.

It’s in these little moments when I can feel like myself again.

Btw, this is the blush and it’s truly mighty. I actually gave it to my sister because she also loved it a lot.

Last week, zero energy. But this week? We’re back!

The follicular phase starts on the first day of our period and continues until ovulation. As estrogen starts to rise, we may notice more energy, better mood, and motivation to get moving again!

Of course, it’s different for everyone, but I’m definitely feeling that energy boost right now!

A little reminder for all of us who keep saying,
“Someday, I’ll do it.”

There will always be a reason to wait especially when you’re trying to juggle work, kids, bills and everything else.

I’m realizing that I don’t want to keep putting my dreams on hold until life gets easier.

I still don’t have everything figured out. But I’m starting anyway.

Anyone else in their figuring-it-out era?
Save this for the days you need a little push.

You know that feeling when you finally have a little time for yourself, and you just wasted it?

That was me today. I was supposed to work out, but one thing led to another, and before I knew it, my free time was gone.

Now tell me why I’m always complaining that 24 hours isn’t enough. Lol.

Lesson learned today: Use your time wisely! Or at least try.

Anyone guilty of this? Please tell me I’m not alone.

It’s the little wins that make us moms so happy!
