Managed to get some time on trackman last night to crunch the numbers and ensure I am implementing the changes correctly; good news I am 🙌🏼.

For context I’m hitting my Mizuno 221 7 iron; can’t deny im very happy with 102mph swing speed 💨.

Managed to get the numbers on screen for this video so if you want to check the data out feel free 💭.

Spent the evening down at the @theavrymcr last night, such a good venue and highly recommend going even if it is just for a drink; there’s plenty of other things to do besides golf 👀.

This just proves that putting from distance does have an element of luck in it 👀.

One putt holes one putt lips out, how close can you get 🤣. Can’t lie the track lines are so satisfying 😅

50 minutes. No mindless ball-beating. Here’s how I structure my range sessions 👇

10 mins: Warm up & feel rehearsal. Loosen off and rehearse the feels you’re working on.

15 mins: Swing drill work. Sole focus on the one drill that fixes your tendencies. A drill that forces you to do it right and gives you instant feedback if you don’t.

10 mins: Target focus. Not every flag is a green light. Pick your aim, commit to it, and practise hitting to that spot.

10 mins: Scoring focus. 120 yards and in. Wedges, pitches, chips. Get these tidy and the scores come down fast.

5 mins: Tee shot application. Last 5 balls. Pick a fairway, go through your full routine and hit it like it counts.

Practise with a purpose and the game gets a lot simpler.
