47 Nursing Leaders. 1 Shared Mission. 🌿✨
We just wrapped up the 2nd International Hike and Learn—our biggest initiative yet! Bringing together nurse executives and healthcare leaders across the Philippines, we stepped out of the clinical space and onto the trail for a transformative day focused on leadership, happiness, and self-care.
In healthcare, leading others begins with caring for ourselves. Taking time to pause, connect, and reflect in nature reminded us all of the power of well-being, community, and resilient leadership.
A huge thank you to Metro Pacific Health, CMC, and the 7 participating hospital leadership teams for making this milestone event a resounding success!
Here’s to leading with heart, purpose, and balance. 🏔️🩺❤️

So little light, but so much peace. 🏔️✨
Two lights. Two vastly different timelines, captured in a single quiet moment before our push to the peak.
The light reflecting off Venus took mere minutes to reach our tent. The light from the blue star Regulus right beside it left 79 years ago—traveling through the deep universe since 1947 just to meet us here in the White Mountains.

14,252 feet above it all. Third Highest Peak in California conquered. 🥾
This climb reminded us that the summit is just a small part of the story. It was a difficult journey yet the real triumph was moving together as a team, pushing through the altitude, and carrying everyone’s collective spirit to the highest point. We thank everyone who started this journey together.
