Second regionals in the books with the best performance of my powerlifting career.

Squat: 534lbs / 242.5kgs
Bench: 303lbs / 137.5kgs
Deadlift: 661lbs / 300kgs
Total: 1498lbs / 680kgs
DOTS: 492

Went into this meet prep with relatively high expectations for myself and although I didn’t achieve the exact goals I originally set out for, I am still more than proud of my performance. I PR’d my Squat, Deadlift and Total and that’s all I can ask for. Bench still the biggest OP.

I learned alot during this meet prep and made multiple technical changes to all of my lifts and now I’m excited to apply those changes to my off season, time to build.

First Nats experience in the books.
First off, thank you @avataraangdrew for being willing to jump in as my handler at the very last second.
As always, thank you to all my friends and family for the continuous support, couldnt do it without yall.

I didn't really go into this meet with the highest expectations because I know I'm not built like that... yet.
.
Went into this meet with a shoulder and back injury, but it would've made no difference anyway, I still have a lot of catching up to do. Overall, it was a great experience, and there's definitely more to come.
I'm just glad to finally have a REAL off-season, iykyk. Gonna use this time to rebuild and get healthy. 2025 isn't going to be any less competitive.

Wow, made it to the top of Mission Peak yesterday, not gonna lie it was kinda rough.
