This is my story. If you are here for the first time, start here. by @jmo_performance

Spent the summer building this out. It’s a 4-week program kids can run at home, whatever sport they play. Just wanted something parents could hand their kid when they ask what to do. Link in bio.

Congratulations to Hailey on her commitment to Linfield University!

It’s been a great journey watching Hailey earn this opportunity through all the hard work, dedication, and time she’s put into the sport. Although I haven’t spent a ton of time working with her, I’ve had the opportunity to see her attention to detail and the grind she puts in, both in the weight room and on the field.

This is such a cool moment for Hailey and her family, and she is one of the most deserving people I know. She’s set a great example for those around her and has been an excellent role model and teammate throughout her journey.

Very proud of Hailey and her family. by @jmo_performance

Be Atheltic. Do what it takes to keep the runners from advancing. #baseball #catcherslife #baseballtraining by @jmo_performance

This is long overdue, but I’m incredibly proud of @bryantstarr8 for all the work he has put in to get to this point. I was fortunate enough to meet him two years ago at my alma mater, Linn-Benton CC, and it’s been a lot of fun watching his journey and seeing how far he’s come.

Good luck this season! Go get it! by @jmo_performance

Stay consistent with your move throughout the game. #baseball by @jmo_performance

2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣ First half XBH’s #baseball by @jmo_performance

Never give up on a 50/50 pitch. If you do sometimes the umpire will immediately think it’s a ball. You miss all the shots you don’t take 🤷‍♂️

As for breaking balls that are up: those are pitches where we have to wait back and catch it deep (close to the body) instead of going to get it. The umpire is supposed to call it where it crosses, so if you go out and grab it while it’s crossing high —- it could look like a ball versus catching it closer as shown in the video.

Your pitchers will like you more if you’re good at the bottom half of the zone.
