Those years on the pitch taught me what true performance, discipline and resilience really mean, and are lessons I now bring into every session that I coach.

My focus is guiding my clients into achieve life-changing transformations through structured training, education and accountability.

June is Men’s Mental Health month.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men between the ages of 18-35.

So reach out to your friends…. Your brothers….Your family.

You’ll never regret checking in on a friend but you might regret not.

Last date night of our holiday 💜

Had the most amazing time away with my fiancé just being present me and him

We don’t get a lot of time together at home. Running 3 separate businesses between us while he still works a full time job too means we’re passing ships so these moments are so special for us to just slow down as me and him

Most likely our last trip together before we get married next year so feeling extremely grateful and wholesome

Proud of the life we’ve built together that we don’t need to escape from. But equally having time together with no chaos or noise.. just us.. are memories I’ll have forever n ever 💜 by @jmpactcoaching

How have you managed your diet and training on Holiday??

Simple answer…… I haven’t.

I’ve eaten every fish taco i can get my hands on, Enjoyed Mexico’s wide range of tequila and had an amazing time with my Fiance.

I often say to my online and Pt clients that structure gives you freedom. Freedom to enjoy a weeks holiday. Freedom to eat the odd cheat meal and not feel guilty and freedom to live the life you want.

So Enjoy your holiday….. Enjoy your life and work damn hard the other 95% of the time.

If you need help building that structure, I’m opening up my Pt and Online books again in a couple of days.

So hit the enquiry link in the bio and let’s make a change.

Client Spotlight 💡

My client, My mate , Blair .

He came to me wanting to drop body fat and perfect his training to get 100% out of every session.

Blair has , reluctantly 😏, burst his arse over the last 4 months to get in the best shape of his life.

Pushing through every extra rep and set , always with a cheeky comment to go with it.

Showing that mama never raised a quieter but defo raised a complainer.

His dedication over the last 4 months has been so impressive and it shows in his physique.

Massive things to come for him with no looking back now.
