“Tôt le matin, avant que le monde se réveille. D’autant plus en été, avec un beau lever de soleil!”

What’s something you’re naturally curious about?

“Les gens, leur histoire, leurs expériences, leur culture. Ce que la vie leur a appris et comment ça les a construits.”

What kind of energy do you like to surround yourself with?

“Des gens qui aiment vraiment ce qu’ils font. L’ambition et l’énergie qu’ils ont, qui revient à te motiver au quotidien.”

What’s something small that can completely change your mood for the better?

“Une bonne musique et un bon repas ça peut me redonner le sourire!”

What’s a lesson life has taught you that stuck with you?

“Ne jamais oublier d’où on vient. C’est ce qui te garde ancré, les pieds sur terre, peu importe où tu vas.”

What’s a place or setting where you feel most inspired?

“Au soleil, près de la mer. L’Espagne par exemple: la lumière, la nature, l’énergie des gens. Ça me recharge complètement!”

What’s something you appreciate more now than you did before?

Le temps qu’on passe avec ceux qu’on aime, les petits moments avec les amis, la famille. On réalise vite que c’est ça qui compte vraiment !!

What kind of experiences make you feel the most alive?

“Celles où je ne sais pas encore comment ça va finir. Et surtout quand l’adrénaline monte, que ce soit sur scène, durant un walk ou dans le sport. Ce moment juste avant de performer, où tout est en jeu, c’est là que je me sens vraiment vivant!”

What’s something you value more as you get older?

“Savoir faire les bons choix. Pas les plus faciles, les plus justes. Ça demande de se connaître, d’écouter son instinct et d’accepter que chaque décision te construit.”

What’s one thing that always brings you back to yourself?

“Me retrouver entourée des miens, ma grande famille ! Il y a quelque chose de très ancré là-dedans, les codes, la hiérarchie entre frères et sœurs, les habitudes qu’on a depuis toujours. Ça te remet à ta place, dans le bon sens du terme.”
