Charlotte takes PRIDE (but no prejudice!) in all the support, encouragement, and awards we’ve received. CL27 is a 2-time @namt_org festival finalist and 2024 Official Festival Recommendation, a Kleban Award finalist for Libretto, Winner of the 2022 @pipertheatre Musicals Now Competition, a semi-finalist for the O’Neill Musical Theatre Conference and for the SDSU New Musicals Initiative! by @jmsjamz12

Our quick visit to the sub-arctic has left me impossibly warm and full of joy ✨

@jsfieldtheater and I wrote @charlottelucasmusical hoping to bring more joy (especially queer joy!) into the world (even if just for us), and @picklejaryk took that hope and made it alive thousands of miles away from where we began.

To get to see the incredible community of artists that came together to put on this show, the passion and care with which they approached the piece, and the sheer joy they created (both for themselves and the hundreds of people who got to see their work), was nothing short of a dream fulfilled. 💕

So eternally grateful to @catbytheseaa for finding us and making this happen, and to the brilliant cast, team, and crew who welcomed us so warmly and made such magic 🌈🎶🎉

(Oh and the northern lights were pretty cool too - especially because they felt summoned by the magic in the theatre) ✨ taken in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories by @jmsjamz12

On the day of the birth of @jsfieldtheater in this, the year of Wicked: For Good, I’m reflecting on all the ways that Jessie has changed my life for the better, and there are many - in fact, too many to list! But I’m so thankful to be half of our little Team Rocket and to call this incredible, hilarious, gorgeous, smart, talented person my bestie 🥰 I love you!

Here’s a look back at some of our adventures from just this year including: planning not 1 but 2 secret proposals for Jessie & @kat_cartusciello (spreading queer love for all); an incredible reading of @charlottelucasmusical (more queer love); a wonderful little cabaret of @fatgirlstarvingmusical (you get it); going on retreat to Drama Club Camp; and countless adventures with friends, dogs, and board games galore. 💕 can’t wait to see what next year brings! by @jmsjamz12
