Most people probably know me from being super skinny all my life, but there was one year of my life recently where I went from being super skinny to the next year over-eating due to stress, depression, anxiety etc. and it caused me to gain over 20 lbs. I had never in life been over 115lbs 😭 This is how my fitness journey actually started.. I was actually pretty insecure of my weight. Going from skinny to overweight was something I wasn’t used to lol. I wanted to share this because most people probably think I got to this point because I was “skinny” so it came “easy” to me. In reality, I’ve been working hard to LOSE weight and GAIN muscle. I’m the most fit I’ve ever been, I feel the strongest I’ve ever felt, overall I feel great. Regardless if you’re trying to lose weight, or gain muscle, GET IN THAT GYM! Everybody’s goals are different, but your health is the real prize <3
