Due to the overwhelming support from this very raw post I posted on my Peggy's page, I just want to leave this here in the hope it might help someone.

If it makes you uncomfortable, look away and unfollow, no biggie, but I'm not hiding anymore.

I'm going to post things from time to time as I deep dive into my brain health and physical health to be the best version of me I can be and maybe someone out there has experienced the same thing.

Remembering the old me through Art, oh how I love to create.
An afternoon spent with @artbystevenstanley for a collage workshop in the beautiful Little Red Cottage.
Thanks @pinkhoney_store for bringing it to my attention.

No Words!
A weekend adventure of the unknown and a day that can't be described.
Surrounded by an incredible bunch of people, previously unknown, all from completely different worlds, it was a day like no other.
Blessed in an understatement & to the people that made it possible we will be forever grateful. taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @jo.oooooooooooo
