WE ARE SOOO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE… ✨

Pause & Play: A Women’s Retreat 🌊🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️
📅 December 3–6, 2026
📍 St. George Island, FL

As the end of the year approaches, you’re invited to slow down, reflect, and come back home to yourself.

To acknowledge all that has moved through you — internally and externally — this year.

To soften.
To breathe.
To PLAY.
To connect with the sisters around us and Spirit within us.

This is a weekend for deep rest and soul-nourishing sisterhood. For laughter, movement, meditation, connection, and remembering what it feels like to simply BE.

And, of course, for reconnecting with Mother Nature — settling into her warmth, beauty, and unconditional love. 🌊🌿

We’re especially excited about this retreat because we’ve intentionally made it one of the most accessible retreats we’ve offered in years. Our hope was to create a weekend that feels deeply nourishing and genuinely attainable — without compromising on the beauty, comfort, or magic of the experience. ✨

We cannot WAIT to experience this magic with you, sister. 🪄

It’s time to PAUSE & PLAY. 🙏✨🤸‍♀️

P.S. We only have 1 private room available now! Grab it while you can! 🎟️ taken in St. George Island by @jo.waterhouse_

This year I chose authenticity.
And it chose me back.

This year gave me stepping into teaching yoga + soul sister friendships, a bachelorette trip of a lifetime, a heart-led business with the best business partner, and the joy of building a life with my person ❤️

I said I would live every day as my truest self… and I did.

Here’s to more of that ✨ taken in Saint Petersburg, Florida by @jo.waterhouse_

Looking to not crash out during a move… hire @titantuffmoving to help you in the process.

They handled absolutely everything from wrapping furniture to playing the absolute best game of Tetris I have very seen.

Best decision we made in this whole move 📦🚚

My home is overflowing with boxes, and my mind with a thousand little monkeys. Time feels fluid these days and I couldn’t tell you what day it is, let alone what’s for dinner.

But somewhere beneath the noise, there is always the breath. taken in St. Petersburg, FL by @jo.waterhouse_
